RPC M&H Plastics has produced a new flexible tube to package and apply Crown Paints matchpot samples.
The new tube features a built-in applicator sponge designed to apply paint evenly to a test area while minimising any potential drips or mess that could be caused by a traditional paintbrush.
The Crown Paints matchpots offer a sample capacity of 40ml which is the perfect amount to cover a surface area of 0.5m2 while leaving enough product to apply further coats for dense coverage. Due to the very nature of flexible tubes, Crown Paints can be sure that the 40ml provided can be extracted from the tube by squeezing the packaging which ensures minimal waste product.
The tube is finished with a white silkscreen print, which RPC M&H Plastics applied to help improve the visual appearance and clarity of the Crown Paints logo, branding and instructional information to create a minimalist and cost-effective format. A label is then applied during the filling process with details of which colour is inside the tube. The matchpot product will be sold around the UK at Crown Decorator Centres, Independent decorator stores, Homebase, Bunnings, and Wilko.
