850+ attendees. 43+ countries. 80% involved in final decision-making. But the most important people at Sustainable Packaging Summit are the ones your business actually needs to meet. Our new partnership model is designed to help you find them.

What should businesses expect from a modern B2B event partnership? That’s the question we’ve been delving into the past few weeks, and here is our conclusion: assembling an audience is only the beginning.

Partners should still expect to build their profile, strengthen relationships and put their organisation at the heart of industry-shaping conversations.

Yet a forward-thinking organizer can take a more hands-on, intentional approach to help partners meet the people they came to see – and at the Sustainable Packaging Summit, we’re doing exactly that.

Start with the objective, not the package

Everyone comes to the Sustainable Packaging Summit with a different goal in mind, whether that’s identifying potential collaborators, deepening relationships with existing customers, or simply making sure that their business is part of the international sustainable packaging conversation.

Each objective is different, and a partner’s game plan doesn’t always fit neatly into a list of sponsorship assets.

To that end, we’ve redesigned our partnership model to start with the important questions: what are you trying to achieve, and who do you need to connect with to achieve it?

Navigation is key

To help our partners find the right people, we’ve introduced our new Concierge Meeting Programme – complete with a dedicated Concierge Manager to oversee a bespoke networking experience based on each organization’s objective.

Depending on their partnership level, our partners will receive up to 15 curated, 1-to-1 meetings. Each is pre-qualified and mutually agreed in advance.

Every partnership level offers a different degree of access, visibility, and engagement across the Summit, so organizations can choose which approach reflects their priorities.

In summary, we’re placing more emphasis on the people, relationships, and businesses that matter most to your business.

Our focus on outcomes

The Concierge Meeting Programme is just one development in a wider shift in thinking about our commercial partnerships.

We’re no longer starting with how many people you can reach. We’re starting with a more important question: who are the people you really want to sit down with?

That isn’t to say every interaction will be planned ahead of time. Serendipitous meetings are as valuable as ever, and being present and visible among the frontrunners in packaging is still a priority.

A curated meeting might lead to an introduction, then a continued relationship over the course of the Summit. An unexpected introduction might come from a conversation over lunch, or a connection through a mutual contact might open up a whole new opportunity.

Still, we think organic networking should go hand-in-hand with more intentional planning – increasing the likelihood that partners leave having had the conversations they came to have.

So, who do you want to meet?

The Sustainable Packaging Summit will return to Utretcht on 10 – 12 November 2026, and partnership planning is already well underway.

Premier Partnerships are already sold out, with a limited number of Strategic and Connect opportunities remaining.

If you’re considering a partnership with us, we recommend basing your decision on your own objectives – why you’re coming, and who can take you in the right direction.

Ask yourself who would make your time at the Sustainable Packaging Summit genuinely valuable. Tell us that, and we can start the conversation from there.
