Sappi Limited is exhibiting at FESPA Berlin for the first time. Following the Cham Paper Group acquisition, Sappi is presenting solutions in the fields of dye sublimation papers, inkjet papers, silicone base papers and containerboard at the show.

Together for Growth“As part of our strategy and 2020 vision to grow our business in higher added value segments, we acquired the speciality paper business of Cham Paper Group,” said Thomas Kratochwill, Vice President Marketing & Sales for Sappi’s Packaging and Speciality Papers. “In addition to our packaging and speciality papers, we are also showing Transjet® dye sublimation transfer papers for textiles previously marketed by Cham, along with a line of wide format inkjet papers. Sappi will continue to invest in this successful line of business to ensure continued innovation. It is exciting to be able to share this extensive one-stop shopping portfolio of specialty papers with visitors to the show. The Sappi exhibit truly represents our theme ‘Together for Growth,’ offering growth opportunities for us – and more importantly, for our customers as we continue to accelerate further product innovation. The Cham Paper Group and other acquisitions and investments firmly establish Sappi as a global company and a sustainable partner that offers multi-mill sourcing for reliable delivery across the entire product line.”
