About the webinar
Packaging teams today face increasing pressure to reformulate materials and designs to meet sustainability targets, while ensuring product protection, performance and manufacturability.
However, packaging development is still largely driven by trial-and-error approaches, with limited understanding of material behaviour, product interaction and manufacturing impact early in the process. This often leads to longer development cycles, higher costs and increased risk.
In this webinar, we will explore how Virtual Twin enables a science-driven, micro-to-macro approach from material and molecular understanding to packaging performance and manufacturing validation.
We’ll also introduce a shortcut to value called ‘Virtual Twin as a Service’ (VTaaS). VTaaS is reshaping the CPG sector by removing infrastructure barriers and providing a secure cloud service which companies can leverage to access platform capabilities and scientific expertise to accelerate outcomes from material to manufacturing.
By modelling material properties, simulating product–packaging interactions and assessing industrial constraints, teams can validate packaging earlier, reduce physical testing and make better decisions across the lifecycle.
We will also show how this connects material science, design and manufacturing in a continuous loop, enabling faster scale-up with fewer surprises.
Join us to move from trial-and-error to predictive, science-driven packaging innovation.
