Italian companies Valmatic and Ital-Agro have collaborated on Valpeck, a single-dose paper packaging system designed for Ital-Agro’s Blackjak Bio bioactivator and the agricultural sector.
The new Valpeck packaging has apparently been developed specifically for Ital-Agro but is also applicable in the chemical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic fields. The paper single-doses are said to be ‘eco-friendly’, easy to use and suitable for various applications in agriculture and gardening, such as packaging biostimulants and fertilizers.
Valmatic says the Valpeck single-doses are made from recyclable materials, aiming to contribute to reducing environmental impact and promoting greener practices. Ital-Agro has integrated the Valpeck single-dose into its flagship products, hoping to provide customers with a practical solution for the daily use of their biostimulants and supplements. Ital-Agro states the single-dose packaging ensures precise dosing and easy application to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of treatments.
Simone Boroni, marketing director of Ital-Agro, said: “The Valpeck paper single-dose is a perfect solution for our products. This new packaging meets the needs of modern consumers who seek convenience and sustainability. We are excited to see how this innovation will positively impact our sector.”
Blackjak Bio from the VithalBIO Line is available at all agricultural retailers and garden centres across Italy.

All specifications are said to be recyclable and provide the ‘right level’ of protection and barrier properties against grease, moisture, oxygen, light, or mineral oils.
Horizontal form-fill-seal solutions provider Volpak and specialty papers manufacturer Lecta announced a collaborative project aiming to test and validate sustainable materials for packaging applications. The partnership aims to make sure that ‘eco-friendly’ papers meet the operational requirements of modern packaging lines.
