Emballator has introduced a new small dose tube with an integrated and resealable twist-off closure, which ensures the product remains fresh after opening while also providing a safety seal before use.
According to Emballator, the new tube, which is part of its Small Dose range, features the Twist off Reseal closure. The solution is reportedly integrated, resealable, and suitable for both multi- and single-dose use.
Jim Johannesson, sales and marketing manager at Emballator Tectubes, explains: “This new tube is suitable for a vast range of cosmetic and personal care products. The big advantage of this resealable tube is that it’s travel safe when unbroken but still allows the user to reseal the tube to maintain content freshness.
“The Twist off Reseal tube is a part of our Small Dose range, a range of tubes for a small footprint, but a larger impact. It is made in mono-material, easy to fully empty, and easy to recycle.”
Emballator says that the new Twist off Reseal tube is produced with 100% green power and in a production process that fulfils standards ISO9001:2015, ISO15378:2017 and ISO14001.
In addition, the Twist off Reseal tubes can reportedly be manufactured in various sizes and volumes, with multiple materials available.
Earlier this year, Emballator launched an integrated Twist off Recap solution for its Small Doses range, which it says reduces material content by 10%.
