InfinityGift

InfinityGift is a patented experimental packaging concept aiming to deliver an ‘interactive, collectible experience’ that improves brand connections with the consumer.

Each box connects like a puzzle to form a figure, object, or character. According to the company, the development of InfinityGift requires specialized craftsmanship to ensure the precision of the puzzle-style assembly and the visual quality of the whole.

The packaging is designed to remain in the consumer’s home after purchase, aiming to ‘multiply the emotional and marketing value’ for brands. It is said to be versatile and adaptable across different industries including beauty and fragrance, toys and luxury gifts.

Earlier this year, we spoke with Thai company Starprint about its multi-functional gift packaging cube, designed for reuse such as jewellery and stationary storage. We also heard about its biodegradable packaging solution for macadamia nuts with built in shell disposal, which also features Braille for visually impaired consumers and an ‘easy-to-use’ zipper for children and seniors.

This month, Burgopak announced it had developed a small retrofit lighting unit to spotlight luxury products during unboxing, which can then be removed and reused while the rest of the pack is recycled.
