Cuts Ice, a leading e-liquid manufacturer, and RPC M&H Plastics have teamed up to create a proprietary packaging solution for Cuts Ice’s range of highly sought-after e-liquids, with TPD (Tobacco Products Directive) compliance, ISO certificated child resistance and tamper evidence mechanism.

Over the past two years of working together on the design, function and manufacturing of the bespoke bottle, Cuts Ice and RPC M&H have developed an excellent partnership with RPC M&H advising Cuts Ice on the polymers to use when developing the new container to ensure stability when interacting with the chemicals found in the e-liquids.

Cuts Ice procure 99% of their product from the UK, so using RPC M&H to produce the new cap and bottle was an obvious choice given RPC M&H’s proven track record in the UK Market. Furthermore, the global acceptance of this package has enabled Cuts Ice to export 50% of their product around the world, making them a great British success story.

The end result is an attractive, safe, and legally compliant package; easily recognised by both retailers and consumers alike.

Nigel Quine, Cuts Ice CEO, commented: “It’s critical that our refill mechanism is fully compliant with the industry’s appropriate packaging safety laws, while still being satisfyingly tactile and easy to use. We’re delighted with the final product we have produced in conjunction with RPC M&H Plastics.”

The end result is an attractive, safe, and legally compliant package; easily recognised by both retailers and consumers alike.
