Allure Wine’s sparkling new bottle is making a bold, luxury statement on the wine shelf. Inspired by Marilyn Monroe’s iconic song ‘Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend’, the bottle has been designed for the brand’s three wines: Merlot Rosé, Pinot Grigio and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Brand owner Zimmermann-Graeff & Müller (ZGM), briefed Ardagh Group to create ‘glimmering’ design concepts for their wine bottle, seeking customer feedback on the concepts to help shape the final design.   

Ardagh Group’s team at Nienburg (Germany) successfully met the production challenges posed by the highly distinctive multi-faceted design, including distributing glass evenly within the mould and inspecting glass thickness in the faceted areas of the bottle.

ZGM describes the brand as ‘Uniquely luxurious. Stylish. A little sexy. And outrageously different.’Marketing Director, Gerald Wüst, says: “The Allure bottle’s striking design and extraordinary feel is unique in the wine segment. Ardagh Group’s professional development process has helped us to create the bold, luxurious finish we envisaged.”

Allure Wine’s three varieties are available internationally in the 75cl bottle.
