Tolarus is set to launch its NutriLabel software at Pro2Pac 2019. Designed to 'make food labelling better and safer', NutriLabel includes automatic allergen detection which helps companies adhere to food industry regulations.

Given the negative news surrounding allergen labelling in the UK during the back end of 2018, this may come as good news to industry members. With NutriLabel, Tolarus says customers will be able to easily create labels of professional quality in-house. The software features 14 recognised allergens, 275 nutrients, along with all legally required zones for food such as RDI and GDA.

Tolarus Director Martin Clarke commented, “We hope that more and more companies and organisations will take up our allergen labelling software which is modern, easy to use alongside ColorWorks label printers, and will keep people safe.”

NutriLabel is bespoke software and was created after consultation with various customers – making it specifically designed for the needs of those in the industry. It is a winner of Epson's 'Most Innovative New Product Within the ColorWorks Range' Award.

Tolarus will be showcasing NutriLabel at stand N842 at Pro2Pac 2019.
