Leibinger is aiming to usher in a ‘new era’ of on-pack code marking with its new Coding & Marking System, which it will exhibit at this year’s interpack.

With its new system, the company expects to ‘raise the benchmark’ for the application of codes such as best-before dates onto a range of materials.

“Especially in the case of cost-sensitive applications, such as in the F&B sector or in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) segment, it is decisive that the marking runs smoothly and without any interruptions,” says Christina Leibinger, CEO of Paul Leibinger GmbH & Co. KG. “We have developed an entirely new Coding & Marking System that delivers exactly what it promises: absolutely worry-free printing. We will be bringing our innovation to life at our interpack trade fair stand.

“Also worthy of mention is the fact that the new system boasts the lowest operating costs in the industry. Just one of the reasons we are talking about a new era.”

Other exhibitors at interpack include Fujifilm, whose analogue and digital packaging solution portfolio is expected to support the production of printed packaging and demonstrate its own commitment towards sustainability.

TSC Printronix Auto ID will present its PEX-2000 and PEX-1000 automatic labelling systems, while two of Shemesh Automation’s A-Z turnkey packaging line solutions will also be available for viewing.
