The 300 series from Logopak is a newly developed solution for print and apply labelling of trays and containers. This entry-level, robust and compact machine offers a number of tried-and-tested functions and is simple to operate. Logopak is presenting the 300 series at the drinktec trade fair (Munich, 11–15.9.2017, Hall B4.125).
The 300 series processes both internally and externally rolled labels with an output of up to 80 cycles per minute. Thermo-direct and thermo-transfer print processes for labels up to 165 mm wide are possible. The running length of the label material is 450 m, and the remaining roll time is displayed depending on the cycle output. An individually adjustable pre-warning signal provides information on the end of the roll. To achieve maximum flexibility, the machines can be used not only in the line but also in stand-alone operation without a PC or connection to a higher-level software system.
Stable and easy to cleanThe open construction of the main drive aids the insertion of expendable material, and the fewer number of guide rolls makes handling labels and thermo-transfer easier. The 300 series also excels with its robust and hygiene-friendly design. The 12 mm thick base body plate made from anodised aluminium ensures particular stability. The round design without corners and edges prevents dirt adhesion and makes cleaning easier.
