A DUE, an Italian company specialized in beverage processing equipment, will participate at drinktec 2017 Trade Fair in Munich, Germany (Hall A6, stand 321), while celebrating this year its major milestone of 50 years’ activity.
This will offer the opportunity to present the new EASY range: plants and equipment, with renewed ergonomics, management, efficiency and performance.
At the company's booth visitors can find the new SCADA EASY.Drive and EASY. Core, the functional automated monoblock installation for the finished syrup or final beverage preparation. In the “Water Innovation corner”, focus on the A DUE EASY.Water systems, playing a main role in the water treatment, and NIAGARA research project, aiming at purifying and recovering waste water coming from beverages production process.
New SCADA EASY.Drive guarantees total industrial process monitoring and control, and traceability of every operation performed. The new graphics and the multiple navigation mode allow an immediate and intuitive understanding of the system’s functionality. Connectivity has been implemented thanks to a dedicated app, in order to display pages of SCADA and monitor the status of the system remotely via tablets and/or Smartphones.
EASY.Drive includes customizable forms: DIAGNOSTIC & MAINTENANCE package, for reporting, diagnostics, troubleshooting and predictive maintenance of components that are liable to wear; PLANT INTELLIGENCE package, for monitoring the use of raw materials and plant performance calculation in terms of Availability, Performance and Quality.
EASY.Core centralizes in a single interface the loading and managing of all ingredients, both powders and liquids. The unit performs the dissolution of powders and emptying of aromas, concentrates (also pulpy) and juices packaged in small tanks, drums and IBC of 1000 liters or their transfer from existing tanks, as well as the simultaneous dosing and/or in sequence of the ingredients themselves.
EASY.Core can dispense and transfer even sugar syrup, liquid sugar and water.Thanks to the innovative concept applied to the dissolution of powders, it is possible to disperse perfectly every kind of powder.EASY.Core has a special ergonomic lance allowing easy emptying and washing of small tanks and an innovative motorized lance for emptying drums, too.EASY.Core ensures total control, through mass-type flow meters, of all ingredients moved into preparation tank.
