Founded in 1967 and headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan, USA, Plastipak Packaging is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Plastipak Holdings and designs and manufactures rigid plastic containers for the food, beverage, and consumer products industries.
It also produces food-grade post-consumer recycled resin for inclusion in new packaging. Plastipak operates more than 40 sites in the United States, South America and Europe, with a total of over 6,500 employees.
