Hugo Beck will be displaying its latest film packaging solutions in Hall 4A, stand 307 at FachPack 2018 in Nuremberg, from 25-27 September.

Visitors will be able to see a wide range of Hugo Beck machinery from the servo X and flowpack X-D to the latest 2-in1 solution – the flowpack X-D zip – which will be shown using the latest virtual reality technology.

The flowpack X-D zip is a brand-new machine concept for film packaging and enables the production of 100% airtight standard flowpacks and three-side seal bags with a ziplock seal.

The virtual reality product presentation will let visitors dive into the machine, providing a highly detailed view of how the innovative flowpack X-D zip produces two different types of packaging from one machine.

The stand will also be shared with mopack who will exhibit their complete film portfolio of polyolefin, polyethylene and polypropylene packaging and shrink film - including the world’s thinnest polyolefin film at 7 microns. The Hugo Beck machines will also demonstrate this film to show a total solution for packaging customers and how with the latest technology significant savings are achievable resulting in cost efficiencies and sustainability benefits through minimising material usage.

“Hugo Beck has been developing and manufacturing innovative film packaging machines for more than 60 years and our new 2-in-1 and industry 4.0 ready solutions open up a whole new dimension of flexibility and productivity for our customers,” explains Timo Kollmann, Sales Director at Hugo Beck. “We welcome visitors to our stand 307 in Hall 4A to experience this with our virtual product presentation that lets everyone truly understand this latest development in film packaging technology.”
