Plastipak is participating in ADF Paris (Aerosol & Dispensing Forum) at this year’s Paris Packaging Week, sharing how innovation, material science, and recycling expertise are helping brands move toward more sustainable packaging solutions.

As regulatory expectations increase, brands are under pressure to reduce environmental impact while maintaining performance, safety, and shelf appeal. Plastipak addresses this challenge by delivering practical, scalable packaging solutions designed to perform in real markets and work within existing recycling systems.

At ADF Paris, Plastipak is showcasing its advanced recycling capabilities alongside a portfolio of packaging innovations. These include the 100 percent polymeric aerosol solution SprayPET RevolutionTM, mono-material PET packaging with a glass like appearance, and a lightweight rigid alternative designed to replace traditional pouches.

Driving the Future of Sustainable Packaging Through Materials and Recycling

Sustainability at Plastipak is shaped by a broad range of material solutions that give brands flexibility as they navigate their sustainability journeys. This includes recycled PET, virgin resin, fossil free alternatives and bio-based materials, all designed to reduce environmental impact without sacrificing functionality or design.

These innovations are supported by Plastipak’s in-house recycling expertise and integrated operations. Through a dedicated bottle-to-bottle recycling approach, Plastipak can process up to 11 billion PET bottles per year, delivering consistent quality, regulatory compliance, and high recycled content solutions at scale. This capability is further complemented by Plastipak’s resin site in Italy that produces sustainable Virgin PET grades, supporting responsible material sourcing alongside circular PET solutions.

SprayPET Revolution TM

Rethinking Aerosol Packaging

Unlike conventional aerosols, SprayPET Revolution TM enables pressurized dispensing in a fully recyclable PET package that is compatible with existing recycling streams. The lightweight design helps reduce carbon impact, while PET’s flexibility supports enhanced design and branding opportunities.

For home and beauty care brands, this solution creates new possibilities to deliver sustainable differentiation while maintaining performance and premium shelf appeal.

The Look of Glass, Reimagined in PET

Consumers often associate glass with premium products, but glass brings challenges related to weight, breakage, and increased transport emissions. Plastipak’s mono material PET solutions with a glass like appearance offer an alternative that balances aesthetics and sustainability.

A strong example is Plastipak’s Roll-On packaging, which offers crystal clear transparency and a high-end look while remaining fully recyclable through its mono-material PET design. Compared to glass, these solutions are significantly lighter, safer to handle, and more efficient to transport, contributing to a lower overall environmental impact.

Packaging Designed for Refill, Reuse, and Real Recyclability

Flexible packaging is valued for its low weight, yet multi layered material structures often limit recyclability. Plastipak is addressing this challenge with RELO, a lightweight rigid packaging solution designed to replace pouches while supporting refill and reuse systems.

By integrating refill capabilities into mono-material PET formats, RELO improves recyclability, enables refill and reuse models, and delivers a more premium and user-friendly experience. The result is packaging that aligns convenience, sustainability, and circularity.

Plastipak will showcase its products at ADF Stand U44 at Paris Packaging Week 2026.
