After six years of research and analysis of existing Goldline installations, a new machine was created that improved the original in almost every area.
Designed from the start with enhanced operator safety as a priority, the Evolution is equipped with light guards at all possible trap points. Thanks to the unique design, operators no longer need to gain access to the inside of the machine making job changeover hazard free. Maximum cutting pressure of up to 550 tons with settings controlled electronically by a 3D touch screen to allow faster make ready and easy set up. The Evolution provides flexibility to cut a vast range of materials. Powerful enough to effortlessly cut through the densest of substrates and precise enough to kiss cut self-adhesive vinyl accurately.
A rear accessible chase system with the ability to fix tools in place quickly and accurately using a centre line means that the Evolution is ready for work faster and delivers greater accuracy. The chase locks into position hydraulically while an electro magnetic upper platen secures the chase plate, ensuring a totally flat chase and tool for perfect registration and even pressure.
