AutoLoadBaler: Semi-automatic disposal of cardboard packaging
The AutoLoadBaler is equipped with a collection trolley system and an automatic filling of the baler. Cardboard is collected in the collection trolley directly at source. The full trolley is simply pushed into the side of the baler within seconds. One press on the start button and the collection trolley empties itself. The bottom of the trolley moves up automatically. Thereby the material is conveyed via rotors into the press chamber. With a press force of 530kN the material is then compacted into 450 kg directly marketable bales. The employees are thus free from manual insertion and tearing of the cardboard. The risk of injury decreases and time is saved. The reduction of walking distances saves up to 4,000 hours a year. The disposal solution is unique, economical and time-saving.
LiquiDrainer® - Fast emptying of full beverage containers
The dewaterer empties and devalues full beverage containers like PET bottles, TetraPak® and beverage cans. The liquids are separated by the LiquiDrainer and targeted and safely discharged. Even whole containers can be emptied. The cost intensive manual opening of PET bottles is no longer necessary. The dewatering press empties up to 10,000 1L PET bottles in just one hour. A rotating rotor pierces the material so that the fluids can escape. Up to 99% residual draining is ensured. The small footprint and machinery weight of 665kg enable mobile use. The LiquiDrainer® is safe, fast and economical and can be installed by Plug & Play.
BaleTainer – Automatic disposal of high amounts
With its huge filling opening big cardboard packages, film and emptied PET bottles can easily be thrown in the baler. The very compact foot print makes installation directly at source – inside the company - possible. Thereby the disposal is weather independent and there is more free space at the ramp. Time expenditure and costs for long transportation routes are reduced and the internal logistics is improved. Order and cleanliness is generated and the employees do no longer have to walk to an outside placed container. BaleTainer bales can directly be sold to paper mills and recycling companies. They achieve high revenues and the disposal process becomes very profitable.
StyroPress – Volume reduction of up to 97%
The StyroPress is a briquetting press for the volume reduction EPS (airpop®/Styropor®). For the usage of this machine no personnel effort is required. The briquetter can run 24/7 by manual or automatic feeding. A very high briquette density ensures fully loaded trucks and sea containers. Truck load increases from approx. 800 kg loose EPS to 24t highly compacted briquettes. Transportation costs are reduced enormously and the briquettes can be sold profitable.
Balers - Disposal of cardboard packaging and film
With an annual quantity from 5 to 280 tons of cardboard packaging or film the purchase of a baler is economical. The small footprint of balers allows an installation directly where packaging material accrues. The employees thus have short walk ways to the disposal solution and are happy about an internal weather independent disposal solution. The disposal process thereby runs comfortable and quick. The volume of the compacted packaging material is reduced to a minimum. That generates more free space. With bale weights of 30kg up to 450kg internal and external transports are fully loaded. By selling the bales to the recycling market revenues are achieved. By using balers the disposal of cardboard and film is getting efficient, fast and profitable.
