Meet Natasha Tahilramani, an accomplished food engineer and scientist who currently works as a National Food safety and quality manager at MMM Consumer brands.
Natasha’s past work experience prior to meal kit industry has been in confectionary industry with multiple organizations. Her education is Food Science from Cornell University and undergraduate from Amity University (India) with a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology.
Her interest in Food Science comes from her desire to “help research in the field to make it more sustainable for everyone.” She thinks that all populations deserve “nutritious food at affordable price[s].” Growing up in India, she has seen the problems associated with food waste and believes that this issue “needs to be addressed as it plagues the population ethically and economically.
