Ruizhi Machinery has unveiled its bread paper bag machine, said to achieve cutting speeds of up to 130 bags per minute and aiming to meet the production requirements of small to medium-sized bakeries and bread suppliers.

The company says the machine enables rapid production of large quantities of paper bags within a short period, significantly improving productivity. The machine is equipped with a control panel designed to allow operators to get started quickly after minimal training, with operating instructions and automated features seeking to simplify setup and operation, reduce manual complexity and minimize the risk of errors.

Ruizhi Machinery adds that the machine offers precise printing, folding, and gluing, ensuring that each paper bag has a secure seal to protect the bread and help extend its shelf life. Apparently, it also optimizes material usage to minimize waste, operates with low energy consumption and requires minimal maintenance, reducing operating costs.

In related news, CMG Granulators introduced its new G55 granulator line in February, designed for high-capacity applications and aiming for high productivity and efficiency. CMG says the line has integral sound enclosure and a feed hopper designed to accommodate a variety of shapes and dimensions.

More recently, AM Labels revealed its automatic packet feeding system hoping to reduce manual handling requirements and ensure a more efficient labelling process for use in food, pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries. The system has a large hopper infeed and a variable speed control of up to 30 metres per minute, able to handle a range of packet sizes and thicknesses.
