Spotlight on TILE-X: a gloveless revolution
After its debut at Achema 2024 and recent showcase at Interphex NY 2025, IMA Life presents TILE-X, a groundbreaking solution for small-batch Ready-To-Use (RTU) filling and closing, in a fully gloveless environment. Compliant with Annex 1 of GMP guidelines, TILE-X is ideal for high-value products such as personalized medicines, cell & gene therapies, and ATMPs.
Using electromagnetic motion technology, TILE-X handles various RTU containers - syringes, vials, and cartridges - with precision and zero friction. Continuous manufacturing: shaping the future of OSD
Continuous Manufacturing underpins the improvement of pharmaceutical products in terms of potency, effectiveness and safety by means of accurate process control. IMA MED-TECH introduces X-PEN, a modular platform for the final assembly of pen injectors and autoinjectors, available via virtual display. With output speeds ranging from 2 to 160 PPM, X-PEN adapts to various production environments, offering manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated solutions.
