SEALPAC PRO14 thermoformer – the all-in-one solution
The robust PRO-series thermoformers have a modular design that can be easily adapted to individual requirements. Depending on the machine type, a wide range of applications is handled, such as cost-efficient flexible film vacuum packaging, rigid film modified atmosphere packaging and shrink packaging. The high-performance SEALPAC PRO14 thermoformer provides maximum flexibility. Based on its all-in-one concept, numerous packaging systems can be applied with minimum changeover times: an innovative quick exchange system from the side allows you to run different die sets with limited downtime. Overall, the modular construction of SEALPAC’s latest generation of thermoformers allows for fast configuration and delivery.
Rapid Air Forming – less energy and material consumption
All SEALPAC PRO-series thermoformers are standard equipped with the innovative Rapid Air Forming system. This system replaces the traditional stamp mechanism and achieves an improved forming consistency, particularly in the corners of the pack. Higher outputs due to shorter vacuum and ventilation times, as well as the possibility to use up to 10% thinner film, make your production even more profitable.
Combined with their extremely precise film cutting systems, these thermoformers produce optically perfect packs – for an attractive presentation at retail. At interpack 2017, for the first time, the PRO14 thermoformer was presented with maintenance-free, servo-driven lifting systems, making our PRO-series even more efficient.
Top and bottom film for any occasion
The PRO-series thermoformers can easily handle all common films. With film widths up to 460 mm, they provide even more flexibility in choosing the optimal pack format and index. A powerful suction unit prevents residual film from accumulating in the cutting station. Servo-driven chain transport ensures that the bottom film is perfectly guided through the machine from in-feed to out-feed, and guarantees perfect cross and longitudinal cutting of the packs. As an option, SEALPAC’s innovative EasyPeelPoint system can be added to allow for easy opening of each pack by consumers.
Robust construction, customer-oriented service
Their durable construction makes the PRO-series thermoformers less sensitive to maintenance. As an example, the servo-driven chain transport provides an optimal distribution of forces and reduces wear and tear.
